Holy Trinity School Parents & Friends Association

In Co-operation with the Parish Priest, the School Board and the Principal, the Parents and Friends Association assists in maintaining and improving the educational facilities of the School. It is also an avenue that parents can use to discuss any concerns as they arise. Parents are always welcome to discuss any concern with the Principal.

The P&F plays an important role in the School. Its main fundraising functions are the Easter Fair, Art Union, Housie, School Canteen, Melbourne Cup Trifecta and the Venetian Carnival.

All parents are encouraged to become active members of the P&F, which meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the Newberry Centre.

Meetings commence at 7.30pm EST and 8.00pm in Daylight Saving Time.

The P&F holds Working Bees from time to time, which are well supported by families. It also pays for the groundsman and much of the development and maintenance of the School Oval.

There are always vacancies on the roster and everyone is most welcomed to attend. We have grandparents and some Dads who help out.

Children are required to order their lunch by10.20am. An extensive menu is available, with predominately healthy choices listed. The aim of the menu is to try and teach children to choose the healthy items without being forced into them.

The canteen is self-supporting with a minimum mark up on items. The school doesn't rely on the canteen for profit.
